Bath Rugby Player Ratings from Newcastle Red Bulls Win - ‘Back to His Best’

Bath Rugby returned to winning form with a dominant 69-12 triumph against Newcastle Red Bulls on Saturday, as they continued their drive toward a home semi-final while securing a place in the Premiership’s top four.

Bath raced to a 31-0 halftime lead, powered by five first-half tries. Ted Hill, Cameron Redpath, and Josh Bayliss each crossed the line, while Henry Arundell dazzled with a brace. Newcastle showed resilience early in the second half despite Bath being down to 14 men after Tom Dunn received a 20-minute red card for a head-to-head collision. The Red Bulls capitalized, with Alex Hearle scoring twice.

Bath, however, regained control after the 60th minute with an injection of energy from Max Ojomoh. The centre’s dynamic play sparked Bath’s final six tries, including a hat-trick from Henry Arundell and a brace from Santi Carreras. Dan Frost and Chris Harris also contributed with tries, the latter scoring against his future team.
