Bath Rugby Dominates Gloucester in EPCR Challenge Cup Quarter-Final

Bath Rugby showcased their dominance with a convincing 61-26 win over Gloucester Rugby at the Recreation Ground. This victory sets them up for the EPCR Challenge Cup semi-final match against Edinburgh on May 3. The last time Bath won the tournament was 17 years ago, and now they are the top contenders to seize their second trophy this season, having already triumphed in the Premiership Rugby Cup and leading the Gallagher Premiership.

Number eight, Alfie Barbeary, scored two of Bath’s nine tries, with additional touchdowns by Tom de Glanville, Tom Dunn, Archie Griffin, Ben Spencer, Jaco Coetzee, Ted Hill, and Tom Carr-Smith. Finn Russell contributed with eight conversions.

Gloucester fought hard, scoring tries through Santi Carreras, Jack Singleton, Jake Morris, and Lewis Ludlow. However, Bath maintained control throughout the game, ultimately securing their victory.
