Hollis Wharf, a striking new residential development on Bath’s Lower Bristol Road, is set to welcome its first residents this autumn. This five-storey building houses 120 thoughtfully designed student accommodations, including en-suite cluster rooms and self-contained studios. Beyond individual living spaces, the development boasts dedicated study areas, social zones, and a spacious rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of Bath’s renowned skyline.
David Campbell, Managing Director of Alumno, expressed pride in the project, highlighting the seamless collaboration between architects, contractors, and local stakeholders. “Hollis Wharf represents a vibrant new chapter in student living, and we eagerly await the arrival of our first residents to this exceptional home.”
Importantly, the ground and mezzanine floors will continue to support Mercy in Action, a local charity deeply rooted in the community. With their new purpose-built storage and distribution centre within the building, Mercy in Action can expand its essential work providing food, clothing, and household necessities to families in Bath and outreach programs in the Philippines.

Hollis Wharf exemplifies a unique blend of contemporary student housing and community support, enriching Bath’s riverside with both modern living and continued charitable impact.
