Bath Oktoberfest is set to return this autumn, bringing a lively Bavarian atmosphere to the heart of the city. From Friday, October 24 to Sunday, October 26, Royal Victoria Park will be transformed into a vibrant Bavarian-style village, complete with a giant beer tent and plenty of attractions.
Visitors can enjoy authentic German cuisine, live Oompah bands, fairground rides including a Ferris wheel, and even lederhosen contests. This immersive festival captures the spirit of traditional Oktoberfest, making it a unique and festive experience against the elegant backdrop of Bath’s Georgian architecture.
Last year’s festival drew over 5,000 attendees, and organisers expect another sellout event. Tom Connolly, festival director, said, “We’re proud to deliver an authentic Oktoberfest in such a beautiful setting—it’s truly magical.”
