David Lakey, a 43-year-old resident of Haycombe Drive in Bath, has pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a woman on Halloween last year. The alleged incident took place on October 31, 2025, involving a female aged 16 or older. Lakey appeared at Bath Magistrates' Court where he entered his plea and was granted conditional bail. The case is set to continue at Bristol Crown Court on Friday, June 12.
