Nicholas, formerly of the acclaimed Levan London and Larry’s in Peckham, made the bold choice to leave the hustle of south London in 2021 and settle in Somerset with his family. Transforming a former high-street bank into a sleek, contemporary eatery, HOLM has since become one of the most sought-after dining destinations in the West Country and beyond.

The restaurant’s fresh, seasonal menu is deeply inspired by the rolling Somerset hills and valleys, showcasing locally sourced ingredients from trusted suppliers and farmers just minutes away. Nicholas’s culinary philosophy focuses on forging genuine relationships with local producers, celebrating the region’s abundant, high-quality offerings.

HOLM’s stylish décor and inviting atmosphere appeal to both locals and visitors. The venue boasts several dining areas, including a sunlit summer terrace, as well as seven cozy bedrooms for guests wishing to extend their stay. Alongside expertly crafted dishes, guests can enjoy an impressive selection of local beers, ciders, and wines.

The Michelin Guide’s recognition has only added to HOLM’s reputation, while glowing five-star reviews testify to the consistent quality and passion behind every plate. Open Wednesday through Sunday, the restaurant also offers enticing set lunch specials during the week.
